Loading ...Google has just announced a new version of its Nexus One Android 2.1 smartphone, which comes with support for 850/1900/2100 MHz 3G bands – meaning that it’s fully compatible with the 3G networks of AT&T and Rogers Wireless.
And speaking of Rogers, the Nexus One can now be shipped to Canada from Google’s online store to those interested in buying it (it will obviously work with any Rogers SIM card).
Unlike the version for T-Mobile, the Google Nexus One for AT&T and Rogers is offered only unlocked, free of contract, for 9.
This being said, it will probably not be long until Google finally launches a Verizon-compatible Nexus One, too.
